This policy covers kaedenco.com, operated by Kaedenco LLC, doing business as Kaeden & Co. (“we”, “us”), based in Greenville, South Carolina.

What you give us
When you apply or contact us through this site, we collect what you enter in the form:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- The reason you're reaching out
- Your application answers, including your background, goals, and skills
- Your resume, if you upload one
- Anything else you choose to write in your message
We never ask for your Social Security number, bank details, or government ID through this site. Please leave them off your resume.
What's collected automatically
When you submit a form, we record your IP address and the time of submission. We use this to protect the form from abuse, including limiting repeated submissions. Our web host also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which can see your IP address.
How we use it

- To respond to general inquiries
- To keep the site and its forms secure
- To keep records the law requires us to keep
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with:
- The companies that host this website and our email, so your submission can be stored and delivered to our team
- The agency that builds and maintains this website for us, which can access submissions only to keep the site and its forms working
- Authorities, when the law requires it
- A successor business, if Kaeden & Co. is ever merged or sold, under the same protections as this policy
How long we keep it
We keep applications for at least one year, because federal recordkeeping rules require employers to. After that, we keep them only as long as we have a business reason to, then delete them.
How we protect it
Submissions are stored on our web server in a private folder that is blocked from public access, and only the people who need them can see them. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you've sent us. Email dfoltz@kaedenco.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time. Where the law requires us to keep a record, we'll tell you.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
