Sound familiar?

Most first jobs ask you to wait.

Wait a couple of years before anyone trusts you with something real. Wait for a review cycle to find out where you stand. Wait for someone above you to leave.

If you'd rather be measured on what you actually do, starting now, you're who we're looking for.

The work

What you'll actually be doing.

This is a sales role, and we'd rather say that up front. You'll represent the brands we work with in person, through consumer and event channels, having real conversations with real customers and turning them into customers who stay.

  • Time in the office. Team meetings, training, and coaching to set up the day.
  • Most of your time with customers. Face to face, alongside your team.
  • Feedback while it's useful. Coaching on the spot from people doing the same work.
  • Clear numbers. You'll always know your goals and how you're pacing yourself to achieve them.
How you grow

A path you can actually see.

Every step has written benchmarks, so you always know what it takes to move up and how close you are. Advancement is decided by performance.

01

Learn the work

Get trained on the brands we represent, the conversations, and the standards, with someone experienced coaching you from your first week.

02

Lead a team

Hit your benchmarks and you start leading others: training new people, running parts of the day, and owning results as a group.

03

Develop leaders

Management here means building people who can lead too. That training starts early, so you're ready when the opportunity comes.

Who does well here

No sales background needed.

Whether you're finishing a program, have some college behind you, or are simply ready to work, what matters more is this:

  • You like talking to people, including people you've never met.
  • You're coachable. You take feedback and use it the same day.
  • You're competitive, mostly with yourself.
  • You'd rather be measured on results than on hours.
  • You show up, especially on the hard days.

Straight answers

Questions people ask us.

Is this a sales job?

Yes. You'll be selling face to face on behalf of the brands we represent. We'd rather you know that before you apply than find out in an interview.

How does pay work?

We walk you through exactly how pay works in your first conversation, before you commit to anything, so you can decide with the full picture. Ask us anything about it.

Do I have to buy anything or pay to start?

No. There are no fees, starter kits, or inventory to buy. Kaeden & Co. is paid by the brands we represent for the customers we bring them.

Do I need experience?

No. We train for skill. Experience with customers, teams, or targets helps, but being coachable and willing to work matters more.

What does training look like?

It starts in your first week and keeps going. You'll learn in the office and alongside experienced people out with customers, with feedback as you go.

How fast can I move up?

That depends on you. Advancement is decided by written benchmarks, and we don't promise timelines. What we do promise is that you'll always know what the next step takes.

What happens after I apply?

Someone on our team reads every application and gets back to you within one business day. If it looks like a fit, we'll set up a real conversation about the role, the pay, and what you want from it.
